White Chocolate Mocha Cookies

Yes. White chocolate chips. Chocolate cookie dough. And espresso.


To me that just sounds like yes. 


But like actually. Put espresso in anything, add some form of chocolate, and you cannot go wrong.


In this recipe, the espresso really just brings out the chocolate flavor of the cocoa powder, making it richer and deeper. 


All in all, these are delicious. And perfect. And chocolatey. And white chocolatey. And espresso-y...? And you just need to go make them. And eat them. And savoir them. And then go make some more. And then maybe make s'mores. Those are always good. Now I really want s'mores. Great...

I just used espresso instead of instant coffee powder, but I think it's just a matter of preference.
