Coconut Drop Cookies

So you know those lemon drop cookies that I just posted? You know how phenomenal the texture of them were? Pretty damn phenomenal, that's how. So since I loved them and their texture so much, I decided that I wanted to make a coconut version. And it was definitely one of my better ideas. All I had to do was tweak the recipe from the lemon drop cookies and we were golden. You just follow the same recipe pretty much with a few changes, following the same directions and you get pure perfection.

SO!

Here's the recipe for you to be more specific of what I meant by "tweaking":

2 cups and 2 tablespoons of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick of butter, melted and cooled
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon coconut extract
handful of shredded, dried coconut

I'm sorry to say that I don't have any pictures, but my camera was all the way upstairs, while I was downstairs and the effort just seemed to grand at the time. But I think you get the idea and have seen a picture of a cookie before, so I really don't feel that bad.

BUT GO MAKE THESE BECAUSE THEY ARE AMAZING AND YOU WILL EAT ALL OF THEM BEFORE ANYONE CAN EVEN ASK WHAT THEY ARE.
