Chocolate Mint Chip Cookies

 Must find words to describe goodness of cookies.

Chocolate and mint and mint and chocolate and oh my god yes.

I'm not gonna lie right now... I do not remember the recipe that I used to make these guys. I really need to start writing things down as I bake when I just start going at it because otherwise I will never be able to replicate... but I can almost guarantee that this it what happened... maybe... I don't know... don't look at me like that!! Okay here ya go.

Ingredients:

2 sticks of butter

3/4 cup of sugar

3/4 cup of brown sugar (packed)

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups of flour

1 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup of cocoa powder

smashed up mint M&Ms

Steps:
1. Cream butter and sugars.
2.Mix in eggs, vanilla and salt.
3.Add flour, soda and cocoa.
4.Fold in M&Ms.
5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
