Becca and I went to see American Hustle this afternoon and then came back to my house and made some pizza!! Peppers, onions and mushrooms on a nice thin crust. Nothing special, nothing fancy. We used pre-made dough, put it on a ceramic sheet pan covered in corn meal and then added some jarred sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, sautéed mushrooms and onions and peppers.
A four hundred degree oven and thirty minutes later we were munching on quite the tasty dinner! Then, to top off the perfect day of being productive around the house, working out, going to the movies and making dinner, we enjoyed a nice episode of the Bachelor with the one, the only, Juan Pablo. I'm not sure which was yummier, the pizza or Juan Pablo.
And who said Mondays are terrible?
