Need some inspiration?

If you're like me, then you LOVE eating and you LOVE food but you do NOT love the effects that it has on your body, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Food is an addiction. No, it's not like drugs and alcohol and sex. But sugar???? I think it can be just as harmful.

Once again, if you're like me, then you want to change this addiction from something negative to something positive. Become obsessed with food in a good way! Become happier and healthier!

Becca recently sent me an email with a ton of different links, and she came across this one blog with a super inspirational About Me section. I highly recommend that you read it. Wendy is out to change her life and inspire others like her to do the same. You go, girl!
