Banana Boat Cupcakes

Once again, ladies and gentlemen, my life has been changed by this blog. I do not understand how she comes up with such fantastic, amazing, superb, delicious, unique, phenomenal, original, all around one hundred percent impressive recipes. She's clearly a wizard. There is not a doubt in my mind. There is something quite magical about her.

These are banana cupcakes, with a pretzel crust and chocolate peanut butter frosting. What. Even. Who even comes up with something like that? I have no idea, and while they were pretty messy to eat, they were so much fun to make that I would not have even cared how they ended up tasting. It was just a plus that they were pretty tasty, too.

I actually made these awhile ago and just haven't been able to post them because I am such a busy little bee lately! That, and I have been really lazy. But mostly because I'm really busy and when I had free time I was too tired to do anything except sit and stare at the television screen.

I made these for my geometry class on my teacher's last day before she went off to have her baby. I brought an entire container to class, and brought no leftovers home. I think that they liked them.

The batter was really yummy, but personally, my favorite part of the cupcakes was the frosting. Peanut butter and chocolate? I mean, COME! ON! It's just too good. It's too good. I can't even, I can't... It's too much. Just do yourself a favor and go make these. Right now. Go.
